  • Europe’s largest technology conference will be held entirely online this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. It will be able to host 100,000 attendees online, about 800 speakers will join this year’s event.
  • Google’s updated interface to read stories online easily, Google has launched a feature through which the creation of web stories is easy.
  • Google is disabling the “Request Indexing” feature of the URL Inspection tool within Search Console, to make infrastructure changes, it will return in the coming weeks, in meantime Google will continue to find and index content through its regular methods.
  • More than 50% of local searches result in an actual store visit.
  • Nearly 46% of Google searches have local intent.
  • About 52% of all website traffic comes from a mobile device.
  • Passage-based indexing updates: Google now able to not just index web pages, but individual passages from the pages, sometimes the single sentence answers your question better, Google now can index and show such passages in SERP. It will affect 7 percent of search queries across all languages.
